Panera Mac N Cheese

Our family loves Panera Breads mac and cheese. I found this awesome copycat recipe that we recently tried. Let me know what you think. We didn't have the shells so we substituted elbows in, but I think it still turned out great!

It is so creamy! I kept the sauce on the side since my husband is not a big cheese fan. He eats his plan. Enjoy!
