Korean Style Popcorn Chicken

We tried this recipe last week. Boy was is good. We did alter it some. We replace the starch with gluten-free flour, and we used maple sugar instead of brown sugar. It was a little time consuming, but well worth it in the end. You can do some of the prep work ahead of time, which can save time. Let me know if you try this recipe and what you think.
